Tracetec Pty Ltd (Tracetec) was established in 2001 to provide products and services associated with the recovery of stolen assets. We make use of radio frequency technology for vehicle and asset recovery, which makes our product more affordable than other recovery systems on the market that use satellite tracking systems. Because our device is completely independent of the vehicle's operating system it is much more difficult to locate and remove. It can also be fitted into a wide variety of non-motorised assets, which has enabled us to expand our core business to include the tracking and recovery of non-motorised assets.
National Control Center
Tracetec has a National Control Centre (NCC) which is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We partner closely with the authorities to affect arrests of perpetrators of theft crimes. Tracetec has also joined up with established crime fighting partners to increase our tracking network coverage
